About ONEAL LAW, APC

At ONEAL LAW, APC, we are dedicated to advocating for the rights and needs of students with disabilities and their families. Our firm specializes in special education law, providing expert legal guidance to ensure students receive the educational support and accommodations they deserve. We understand the complexities of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans, and we work tirelessly to help families navigate the special education process, from school meetings to dispute resolution.

In addition to our work in special education, we offer legal services for limited non-contested conservatorship of the person for individuals with identified developmental disabilities. We assist families in establishing limited conservatorship arrangements that prioritize the well-being and best interests of their loved ones, ensuring they receive the care and support they need.

At ONEAL LAW, APC, we believe every child deserves access to a quality education and the support they need to thrive. We are committed to empowering families with the knowledge and resources to make informed decisions and advocate effectively for their children.
